This guide is intended to give the reader a simple introduction to the world of RealMedia. This guide describes the steps necessary to digitize and present to the web a RealVideo clip. Though the instructions specify computers in our multimedia lab at 514 Soda Hall, the basic techniques should be applicable in most circumstances.
This RealMedia Guide provides basic procedures in creating RealMedia multimedia content. For more detailed information on RealMedia content creation, and on SMIL, please read the RealNetworks Production Guide, which can be found on their website (http://www.real.com.)
