Log Message:
Added safer handling of output files.  It now checks if there is already a
log.speaker file in the log out directory.  If there is, it appends a
suffix such as .1, .2, etc.  It looks through the log out directory to
find a free suffix.

This removes the possibility of accidentall overwriting log.* files when
restarting QM.

Note that the input files still only look for log.speaker.
