You are to create a short video which introduces yourself. The video should be 10-20 seconds long and include both audio and video. It should be playable through a web interface.
A tutorial on using a camera and the video digitizing and editing equipment will be given in class on thursday 12/4. A lab assistant(s) will be available on monday and tuesday to help you shoot the video and digitize it. The times the assistant(s) will be available are:
After you have digitized, edited and compressed your file, you will need to create a URL that points to it. You must also create a small jpeg image (108x108 pixels) that can be used as a key frame for the video in a gallery. You might also want to use it for the URL label for your video. You can create this image through Premiere. Directions for creating the URL are given on the web pages referenced below.
Please turn-in to me through email the URL to access your video.
